PRICES
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

ORDERS

By clicking the final order or payment button at checkout, you acknowledge that the order involves an obligation to pay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Available shipping methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or other force majeure events.

For international deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are received, without providing a reason.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The product may be inspected in the same way as would reasonably be possible in a physical store. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where required by law, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not required to be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
EU and Bulgarian consumer rules provide a general 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales.
PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are:

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
